Synopsis...
The seas will continue subsiding tonight as Tropical Depression Dolly moves farther inland and weakens. A surface high pressure ridge will begin to build over the Lower Texas coastal waters Friday and the winds and seas will diminish down to moderate levels by this weekend. There is a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms moving across portions of the marine areas at times for the next few days.
