The cold front has passed through the coastal waters in the past few hours...turning winds to the north around 25 knots with gusts to 30. Winds will remain high through early this afternoon...before gradually decreasing. Winds will fall to around 10 knots overnight. Seas will Jump Up to 8 to 10 feet this afternoon...while choppy Laguna waters will continue until sunset. Conditions will improve during the next couple days with onshore flow and lighter winds. Another cold front will move through the region early Tuesday...but winds are expected to only reach around 20 knots.
