midweek...while a weak inverted trough will remain over the
coastal waters. Over the outer waters...light to moderate
northwest to north flow will persist through midweek. Light to
moderate west to northwest flow will continue over the inner
waters through late tonight...and then be replaced by a light
offshore flow pattern.
