At 805 PM...the National Weather Service Doppler radar...in Shreveport...indicates an area of scattered showers and thunderstorms extending to the northwest of a line...from Camden Arkansas...to Falcon...to Fouke Arkansas...to Smithland Texas...to Longview...to Lindale...to Fairfield Texas...moving to the northeast at 25 to 30 miles an hour. Within this area...storms that are accompanied by small hail...high winds in excess of 40 mph...and heavy rains in excess of one inch in an hours time are located near Fouke Arkansas and Falcon Arkansas Arkansas. Frequent deadly lightning strikes are noted as well. Hazardous ponding water may occur on roadways and in low lying areas.
