Movement will be to slowly to the west and southwest. Heavy rain...occasional cloud to ground lightning and wind gusts to 45 mph are possible with the stronger storms. Affected communities through 6 PM include Willard and oscuro. Hourly rainfall rates will be between one half and one inch.
