Although winds have diminished to less than 10 mph over most of the
region... temperatures have fallen to the lower 20s in much of
northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas this morning with upper
20s and around 30 degree readings being reported over southeast
Oklahoma and west central Arkansas.

Under mostly sunny skies... temperatures will warm to above the
freezing mark by 10 am.
