* Tropical Depression Dolly will continue to move northwest into Mexico tonight. Bands of showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop to the east of Dolly and move through Webb County through tonight. Heavy rainfall between 2 and 3 inches with locally higher amounts in excess of 5 inches can be expected.
