The heaviest rain will spread across southeast Cameron mainly over the Brownsville Metro area...Port Isabel and South Padre Island. The rain is moving northeast at 25 mph and extends well southwest into Mexico. Rainfall amounts will average around one tenth of an inch with isolated areas seeing between one quarter and one half inch.
